Denim Dazzles is the creation of artist
Sonja McDowell. Born in Rimbey, Alberta,
Canada, and raised on a dairy farm, she's
been married to Bob since 1982. They
have two children: a son aged 5 and a
daughter who passed into Spirit at age 13
in February 2006. Sonja currently lives
and designs in Calgary, Alberta with her
family and their puppy, Freddie.
Sonja says: "I feel very blessed and grateful to be living my passion. I believe I am connected to my
divine guidance while designing my jackets. Every
stitch sewn in each "Sonja" jacket is sewn with love. I hope this love is felt in every fibre of every jacket."
